1. Return Window
Most eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery or in-store purchase, provided they are in their original, resalable condition. The return period begins on the date you receive your order or the date of purchase in store.

Books and stationery in unused, undamaged condition with original packaging (where applicable) are generally eligible for return or exchange. Items must be free from writing, highlighting, stickers, or other markings unless the product was defective on arrival.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are typically not eligible for return unless faulty or incorrectly supplied:

4. How to Return an Online Order
Step 1: Contact us via the Contact Us page or email support@readers.jo with your order number and reason for return.

5. In-Store Returns
Items purchased at our Amman store may be returned or exchanged at the 7th Circle Cozmo Centre location during opening hours. Please bring your receipt or proof of purchase and the item in resalable condition.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Partial refunds may apply if an item is returned in a condition that reduces its resale value.
7. Exchanges
If you would like a different title or product instead, we will gladly arrange an exchange subject to stock availability. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
8. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos where helpful. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund including any applicable delivery costs.
9. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, our standard return policy applies.
